Your Role

As a Part-Time Warehouse/Cooler Support, you will play an important role in our daily branch operations. You will help receive, process, organize, and prepare fresh flowers for customer orders while maintaining the quality standards our customers expect. This position requires a dependable team player with a positive attitude who can work efficiently and interact professionally and courteously with coworkers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general warehouse duties, including shipping, receiving, unloading trucks, order preparation, and inventory management.

• Process and prepare customer orders according to branch procedures and quality standards.

• Handle and organize fresh flowers and related products with care to maintain product quality.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and cooler environment, free of debris and hazards.

• Follow all company safety procedures, operational guidelines, and the Mayesh Code of Honor.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed to support branch operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to work the scheduled part-time hours listed above.

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, move, and position items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work in large, walk-in refrigerated coolers for extended periods.

• Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and kneel throughout the workday, excluding applicable break periods.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

No floral industry experience required—we will train you!
